The website featured many product reviews and was heavily related to various science topics such as biology, engineering and astronomy.

After a thorough content analysis, I have identified the pages that would be the best to test and see which particular topic of science would produce the best results.

When the initial content promotion was done, astronomy related topic stood out and received a lot of positive feedback as well as backlinks.

The next step was to focus solely on astronomy related websites. The new email list was gathered and sent using feedback from the first campaign.

As you can see in the graph below, the conversion rate was greatly improved and the number of backlinks per month grew.

This was science related page, thus allowed me to go for educational websites, which usually have a higher domain authority* (DA) and thus lead to highest quality links with the average DA being 50.
